Preparation and Implementation
MMTC provides a cost-effective approach to prepare internal personnel in developing, managing and maintaining a quality system to comply with appropriate standards in preparation for formal registration. The training programs focus on required policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Each company receives an electronic template for the development of a custom quality manual, on site guidance from our RAB/QSA certified instructors and internal auditor training for up to three participants. The training is offered ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and AS 9100 in open-enrollment classroom instruction or on site for a single company.
Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) training is only available as an onsite engagement, due to the level of complexity.

Internal Auditor Training
Offered through MMTC as an open-enrollment multi-day class or on site at your facility for ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, AS9100 and ISO 13485. As key element in a Quality Management Program, internal auditing helps companies assess and maintain conformance to the registered standard. With an easy to understand structured sequence, use of case study exercises and mock audits, this training quickly provides participants with the appropriate tools. A copy of the current standard with the training which includes:
- Overview of the requirements
- Process systems understanding
- What an auditor needs to determine
- Structured steps for conducting audits
- How to diagnose conformance and non-conformance
- Details of the audit process
- Measures for implementing corrective actions

(Assistance for implementation on the Production Floor)
MMTC offers on site assistance to help you work through the Quality System elements on the shop floor and helps you successfully complete your implementation process. Training your personnel is the most cost-effective means of implementation. We can offer as much or as little assistance as your needs require.
Many companies have found that the MMTC’s RAB/QSA-certified auditors have more experience, are more efficient and are more cost effective to utilize. We have the ability to audit your system at periodic intervals and provide the unbiased results in a documented report that will meet your registrar’s expectations. We can set up an annual schedule and manage the program.
We have qualified experts to do your internal audits also follow up the audits with a half-day facilitation meeting to confirm that the corrective actions have been taken and verify that they are effective.
