An interactive course with 9 learning modules help equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to implement an efficient and effective food processing system without compromising food safety. Participants learn to understand, analyze and improve their processes to maximize operational excellence. It also takes the participant through identifying potential hazards and developing good work practices and controls to minimize risks to food and consumers. Combining efficiency and safety will increase profitability while ensuring safe, quality foods.

Safe Quality Food (SQF)requestmore

The SQF program provides independent certification that a supplier’s food safety and quality management system complies with international and domestic food safety regulations. This certification assures food has been produced, processed, prepared, and handled according to the highest possible standards, at all levels of the supply chain. Designed as a food safety program, SQF also covers product quality, a feature that is unique to this certification.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)green

It provides a structure for assessing risks and putting controls in place to minimize those risks - relying on extensive verification and documentation to ensure that food safety has not been compromised at any step of an operation.
