Your performance is your business ONLY! Access to company data is securely restricted to: (1) the single contact person designated for your company, and (2) MMTC's Transformation Planner staff.

• No other person or entity will know that you are participating in our transformation planner service.
• No other person or entity will have access to your questionnaire answers or to your customized report.

Access to transformation planner data is restricted, both physically and electronically.

• Hard copy questionnaires are stored in a locked office.
• The report sent to you is the only copy in existence. MMTC does not maintain a hard copy archive, although your report could be regenerated from our secure database.
• Access to the Transformation Planner database is restricted to the transformation planner staff.
