Six Sigma GREEN BELT Program

Training and Certification

The Green Belt training program at MMTC is certificate-based program delivered over 5 days of intense training. Six Sigma Green Belt team members acquire a thorough understanding of the Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC) process, data collection techniques, and the statistical methods applied in Six Sigma projects. Students are introduced to the software program MINItab® and receive a 30-day access pass.

MMTC also offers transitional training from Green to Black Belt for those practitioners who wish to advance their skill set.

Green Belt Certification is issued to participants who submit evidence of meaningful contributions to a completed Six Sigma project within 120 days of the completion of formal training.
