MMTC offers many informational events and seminars at little to no cost
as a way to introduce Michigan’s manufacturers to the MMTC and our services
that can help to improve the profitability of your business.
MMTC is successful at delivering practical recommendations and customized
solutions. We listen closely and work with to each client, often forming long-term
relationships. Your collaboration with MMTC can begin with a formal or informal
on-site needs and opportunity assessment. This may include the benchmarking of
information (PBS & the Transformation Planner), an informal complimentary waste
walk, or a more formal 8 hours operational assessment. Following the assessment
review, a project contract is developed specifying classroom training and on-site
guidance.
Classroom training can involve Lean Business solutions, Six Sigma techniques,
Quality Systems, Market / Customer Diversification and others. MMTC clients are
focused on knowledge transfer and sustainable results. Our delivery methods
ensure that your staff can implement needed changes and achieve sustainable results.
Twelve months after project completion, MMTC select clients are surveyed by an
independent national firm to report project impacts and financial results.
