The MMTC offers on-site assistance to help you work through the Quality System elements on the shop floor and helps
you successfully complete your implementation process. Training your personnel is the most cost-effective means
of implementation. We can offer as much or as little assistance as your needs require.
Our implementation assistance is always provided by our professional RAB/QSA-certified instructors and consultants
to meet your specific needs. The on-site option is ideal for an organization that wishes to train more personnel than
the User Group or Transition-improvement Process Solution (TiPS). It is also ideal for a company looking for more or less
frequent sessions than the other programs allow. Although less cost effective than the group training programs, this may
be more convenient.
