Implementing a first QMS
(Available one-on-one but not as a pre-scheduled group program)
Provides companies with a broadly accepted method for managing their business
using proven logical business practices that reduce risks, lower costs, and
minimize waste. Course curriculum includes training of Internal QMS Auditors.
The QMS Implementation course entails eleven sessions (most are four hours each) held once
a week, plus Internal Auditor training which is a three day course at MMTC. Call MMTC

Transitioning to a new QMS level (TiPS)
MMTC has developed the unique TiPS program. The TiPS Program includes internal
auditor training and is available for companies transitioning to ISO 9001:2000,
TS 16949:2002 and ISO13485.
The TiPS Program is five days of instruction plus Internal Auditor training which
is three days.
