On-Site Office Kaizen Implementation |
|
A structured, focused, five day event that includes using process mapping with swim lanes to identify value added, non value
added, and necessary non value added steps in an effort to find and eliminate waste. The resulting future state of the process
is streamlined, allowing employees to spend more time on processes and activities that add value, rather than consume time and
resources. A Lean Program Manager will meet with your company 1-2 weeks prior to the kaizen to determine scope, area, team members,
etc. and return 30 to 45 days after the event to determine whether the goals of the kaizen were met. An A3 report is then created,
using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) process to summarize the event.
