On-Site Manufacturing Kaizen Implementation |

A structured, focused, seven day event which engages a select team to define the current state of a process, define goals
and objectives, brainstorm improvements, define a new process, and implement changes. A Lean Program Manager will meet with
your company 1-2 weeks prior to the kaizen to determine scope, area, team members, etc. and return 30 to 45 days after the
event to determine whether the goals of the kaizen were met. An A3 report is then created, using the Define, Measure, Analyze,
Improve, and Control (DMAIC) process to summarize the event.
